How do I make purchases on bubblewrapmalaysia.com?

1. Direct order through WhatsApp / phone call / email

Browse our website, which features products, and don't hesitate to call us if you need more details. If in doubt, you can inspect the items for quality personally, and we'll advise you on which ones best suit your requirements. You can get in touch with us by phone or email to make orders or check availability. 

2. Walk in store

We are happy to attend to clients that want to visit our physical location at Seksyen 7 Shah Alam to supplement their needs and immediately check out the item.

3. Website shop

Please be aware that all orders placed on bubblewrapmalaysia.com must include an email address. The steps for adding shipping information, billing information, and selecting a payment option will then be explained to you.

Once you've finished purchasing, paying is simple. By selecting the "Shopping cart" link in the menu bar at the top of any page, you may see the things you have put in your shopping cart. On any item detail page, there is a link that says "View Cart," which you can use to proceed to checkout.

When you are viewing the items in your cart, you can change the amount by clicking the "update" button after all necessary quantity changes have been completed and adjusting the number to the right of the items. the "Proceed to Check Out" button.

Which currencies are the prices on the BK Pack shown in?

All costs are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Based on a user's IP address, our website uses their local currency. The local IP address for Malaysia will display in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)

While we make every effort to guarantee that the information, descriptions, and prices on this website are accurate, mistakes do happen. In the event that we identify a pricing error for any items you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can and give you the choice of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. We shall regard the order as canceled if we are unable to get in touch with you. Delivery fees will be charged in addition; these extra fees are reflected in the 'Total Cost' when applicable and are made explicit where they'll be applied.

In connection with your order, the bank that issued your credit or debit card may tack on currency conversion or other fees. For information on any such costs, you can contact the company that issued your credit or debit card.

 

CUSTOM BOX

Our production only operates on Monday-Friday. Full payment is needed and the order will only proceed once the payment successfully deposits in our bank account. Customers are advised to bring forward samples of the box requested, the contents of the box and disclose the requirements needed for the box, especially the box quality.

The special order usually takes 7-10 working days to complete. Please expect a longer time for custom products. We do not accept any urgent order for custom products.

ATTENTION: Any additional quantity produced by factory for custom box size requested, client is required to collect and pay for it. The client is Not allowed to propose a refund and deposit will be burned for any cancel order as it costs for our production.

 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We are happy to announce that BK PACK now accepts Cash & Online Payment.

CASH:

  • Payment is due the day the item is delivered safely into your hands.
  • Only applicable to store visits purchases and cash on delivery option with small amount purchases only (RM10-RM50)
  • Cash on delivery order needs to pay half of the total amount and the delivery charge to proceed the order. 

ONLINE PAYMENT: 

  • Full payment must be made to us by Instant Transfer/ DuitNow before we deliver to your drop-off site. 
  • BK Pack has the right to keep the client's order in our possession until the balance has been paid if the client failed to make the required payment.
  • The ONLINE TRANSFER and DuitNow QR (only applicable to purchases at store visit) are the methods of payment we recommend. Cash and cheques, however, are gratefully accepted.

REMIND: Please show us the receipt through email or  to our Whatsapp. Failure to do so will result in your booking TERMINATION (Deposit money will be burned).

DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

Customers are entitled for free delivery with purchases amounting to RM500 within Klang Valley only.

For drop off locations that have strict security and safety regulations (such as workplace, condominiums, etc), door-to-door service is not available. For us to deliver your order, please stand in front of the accessible door/gate/lobby, or let us know where it should be delivered.

What is the estimated delivery period?

That will depend on the items ordered and where we're delivering them. Once payment has been confirmed, shipping timeframes for the majority of Malaysia are typically between 3 and 7 business days for products that are easily available. 

Deliveries within Klang Valley with bulk purchases or minimum of RM500 and above will be conducted by our internal driver team. Our team will pack your order and arrange delivery within 1-3 working days. We are off every weekend and on Public Holidays. 

Deliveries outside of Klang Valley may be fulfilled by the courier company. They will come by our warehouse to collect parcels about twice a week. Their lead time is within 3-7 working days, excluding weekends and Public Holidays.

However, possibilities of same day delivery may happen according to order confirmation & payment. Confirmation & payment from customers are required 3 hours before requested delivery time.

Our warehouse and office are closed every Sunday and on Public Holidays. Please whatsapp or call before coming. 

How will my purchase be delivered?

We are aware of the necessity to deliver your item to you promptly and securely. Depending on size, weight, and delivery speed, we can provide you with the best solution through our network of couriers and postal services.

Delivery Area Coverage

Orders are shipped within West Malaysia only. We do not deliver to Labuan, Sabah & Sarawak.

What are the shipping fees/rates?

For purchases of RM500 and above you'll be entitled to free delivery within Klang Valley only. All orders less than 1 carton and outside of Klang Valley will be charged a delivery fee based on location & type of transportation. The total delivery fees will be calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.

You’re advised to check the size of the item throughly or talk with us before coming to our store to collect your item or set your own transportation mode. 

I received an incomplete/wrong order, what should I do?

Please notify us right away, so we can assist you promptly. If a mistake is made by us, we will work with you to make the appropriate arrangements as soon as possible without charging you anything. Please send us a Whatsapp message at 013-333-3285 or send an email with your request to main.bubblewrapmalaysia@gmail.com along with images or videos of the goods you've received.

Can I get refunds?

Seven days from the date of receipt is the deadline for returns and refunds under our policy. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange if 7 days have passed since the delivery date. Before we can proceed with an exchange or refund, the items must first be returned to us.

All purchases are final, your order cannot be refunded after it has been dispatched. Unless otherwise noted for certain products. If clearance is granted, we'll return your money or will substitute the item accordingly within seven days of that decision. 

Conditions for a legitimate return:

  • Request for a return or refund was submitted within seven days of the item's delivery date.
  • Provide a picture of the courier's original packing that you received.
  • Purchased items are faulty or do not match descriptions
  • evidence of purchase (sales invoice, delivery order, cash bill or receipt)
  • item being returned must be unopened and in like-new condition;
  • Items returned must be in their original packaging;
  • The return request must be legitimate and adhere to the requirements for return acceptance.

Exclusions:

  • Any item that isn't whole or has missing pieces is damaged for causes other than our mistake.
  • Any product returned more than seven days after the product was received

Exchange:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Once we have successfully received the item(s) that have been returned to us, we will replace any defective or incorrect items with the exact same item that was ordered.

Do you cover my return shipping costs?

We will gladly cover the return shipping costs after an evaluation if the returned item was damaged or we sent you the wrong item. A receipt must be included with the return in the event that shipping costs are being reimbursed.
